This labyrinth is at The Light Center, also in Black Mountain. It has two beautiful meditation room, paths to Inspiration Point and down through the woods to a pond. As I walked it I was thinking about my lavender at home, picture below. I took a picture to celebrate the new growth. My azaleas are also blooming. The thought was about if people like plants are different in regards to blooming. My lavender only blooms on new growth and the azaleas only bloom on last years growth. One of those thoughts that make me go ..Hum……
Ah I do love labyrinthes or mazes. have you seen the Sunday post over at Jakes Printer? your photos would fit this weeks challenge of nature!

Beautiful. Do you think that lavender is one of the most amazing scents known to the nose? ((Intoxicating!))

I still have cuttings from last year’s harvest in a bowl on the porch- my hand visit’s the bowl as I go by and the fragrance still rises. I was surprised to learn that the leaves are as fragrant as the flowers.
