Visualize Movement


Some days just visualizing movement/exercise/dancing is the best I can do. Today I was swaying in the breeze like a weed.

One of my inspiration source suggests doing the Starfish Wiggle:

“Stand upright (or do in bed) in loose clothing and imagine lying on the sand. A 5-pointed starfish = head + 4 limbs. Shake around all five appendages slowly and loosely , one after another, as if trying to attrect the attention of a nearby starfish.” It makes me giggle and that helps all by itself.
